Roasted butternut squash is one of our Fall specialties. It's nutty, rich, slightly sweet and a little earthy. Some compare its flavor as similar to pumpkin or sweet potato. Ours is lusciously delicious and naturally good for you, and we are so happy to have it back in season!

Roasting the squash adds tons of flavor, and we go a bit farther by adding a light caramelization to bring out bring out the natural sweetness. Last, we add a bit of sage, nutmeg and cinnamon as light, simple flavors that bring out the true taste of autumn.
