Yaya’s Favorite Greek Dressing is a bright, lemon-forward blend of extra virgin olive oil emulsified with Dijon and a touch of egg for a luxuriously silky cling that hugs every leaf. Fresh parsley and delicate dill lift the citrus, while real garlic, apple cider vinegar and sweet shallot add savory depth, finished with black pepper and sea salt, it's amazing in a traditional Greek salad with crisp cucumbers, kalamata olives, tomatoes, sliced onions and of course, feta cheese.
