"Once again another soup that hits the ball out of the park! I love the subtle flavors of lime and cumin along with the poblano chili. This is so good I could eat it every night. I sprinkle a little cotija cheese on it or even grate a little monterey jack which makes it more decadent and then add the crunchy tortilla strips that they provide."
