Our rich and creamy Potato and caramelized Leek soup has become a signature offering at Soup du Jar. The slow cooked process builds layers of flavors. We start with a vegetable stock base and the vegetables cooked just long enough to soften them while still retaining their color and flavor. Last, the soup is pureed with a velvety finish.
