In Greece it's called "Avgolemono" and is their go-to when seeking a silky, fragrant comfort soup. Ours has a rich bone broth as the base, with fresh shredded chicken, and is prepared Greek-style with avgolemono sauce (lemon-egg sauce.). The bright citrus flavor of lemons combine with al dente orzo pasta to provide richness and makes this soup not just delicious but filling as well!    
 
Serve with the green salad of your choice and don't forget the crunchy bits!
