We've reinvented our most popular Thai Curry, Khao Soi (pronounced 'cow soy'), using gluten-free rice instead of the traditional noodles! Authentic Khao Soi originates from Chang Mei (Northern Thailand), and requires a very specific curry paste, giving the soup its unique rich flavor. There are several versions of this soup but ours is a not-too-spicy super-aromatic creamy-coconut curry. Brothy and rich with chicken breast, rice and vegetables, it's "S̄ud yxd" (Thai for "awesome"!).
