Our Posole is a light, full-flavored verde (green) version, made with our chicken bone broth and shredded chicken, fresh cabbage, tomatillos, cilantro and vegetables. Cooked hominy from scratch gives the soup a very nice texture as well as tons of flavor! Fresh lime juice and spices keep it light but filling.
