Split Pea is most certainly one of the heartier comfort soups people recollect from their youth. Tender split peas and fresh vegetables are cooked with smoky seasoning and blended until smooth. Not only is this soup filling, it's also rich in fiber and protein. Split pea is great for weight control, plus it's super nutritious (rich in vitamins B1, B5, K, and folate, iron, magnesium, and zinc)! Similar to our Split Pea with Ham but this version is vegan!
